On 27-29 July 2012 (Fri - Sun), silentSHOUT team attended Changeweekend which was organised by Social Enterprise Alliance (SEA). With other social enterprise participants, facilitators and mentors (John Rehm & Kal Joffres), we were all placed in the training room, together connect, learn and share.
At the 1st Changeweekend : DEFINE, we learnt design thinking and lean
start up methodology. We learnt about research, storytelling/synthesis and prototyping. It was an interesting experience working and completing required tasks with other participants in different groups (silentSHOUT team were split up).
It's awesome to find out those meaningful projects that the other social enterprises are doing or planning to do. It's great to receive useful ideas/suggestions by others, together we grow!
